Lisa Sullivan is the owner of Waterfront Beach Rentals, St. Pete/Clearwater’s only property manager specializing exclusively in waterfront properties for families, professionals, and retirees. Her two decades in the industry, plus and degrees in accounting and business management from the University of South Florida, are keys to her unique approach to providing property owners and guests with unparalleled service.
Beginning her career in nonprofit accounting, Lisa spent eight years aiding families with disabilities. In 2005, she entered property management by acquiring her first condo and swiftly turning it into a sought-after vacation spot.
As treasurer of the condo board from 2013 to 2018, Lisa helped manage the 39-unit community, ensuring financial and legal diligence. She also deepened her understanding of local market values from 2009-2018 by partnering with a real estate agent on broker price opinions.
Mentored by the founder of Waterfront Beach Rentals in 2018, while also earning her real estate license and CAM certification, within one year Lisa became the sole owner. Today, she leads the company with a commitment to exceptional service and a personal touch that have become her trademark with property owners and guests.
