Rental Agreement

Occupancy

Each rental unit must have at least one adult aged 25 or older present throughout the duration of the stay. Additionally, all individuals over the age of 18 residing in our units are required to provide a copy of a valid driver’s license prior to check-in.

Minimum Length of Stay

Reservations made during Spring Break, peak summer months, and holidays require a minimum stay of seven days. For most peak periods, check-in and check-out must be scheduled from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, there is greater flexibility regarding check-in and check-out days. Payment & Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be in U.S. funds.  We gladly accept payments by personal check, cashier’s check, money order or MAJOR credit card. A processing fee of 3% is applied to all credit cards

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of total reservation and full travel insurance premium (optional).  Balance is due 35 days prior to arrival and is Non-Refundable.  Deposit refund (less and fees and travel insurance premium) will be applied if the cancellation has been confirmed a minimum of 35 days prior to arrival date

Security Deposit

On arrival guests will be asked to provide a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express imprint for a security deposit or a $300 cash deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Please plan accordingly.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in most of our Vacation Rentals.

Sales and Tourist Tax

13% Sales Tax applies to all rentals.

Unavailability

If, for reasons beyond our control, the unit reserved for you becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to move you to another unit.
